Default help needed with replacing ImputShaft Bearing

since the search function is the waazoo can someone help me out with the replacement of a imputshaft bearing on a 94+ LS or GSR tranny? will both be the same?..

also, while i'm replacing the bearing is there anything else i would also want to replace?

a DIY thread would be great if someone can link me

the process is the same for both transmissions. i would replace the input shaft seal also since they do leak.when you remove the bearing the seal is located under the bearing. don't be in a hurry to do this take your time.why don't you get a helm's manual it will walk you thru step by step
