Default Help me out here please! (Head Removal)

The Integra forum right now isn't really the place to be for good information so I need some help here. How many bolts connect the two parts of the Intake Manifold? I have 3 of them out now and I found another three but it doesn't really look like they would go into the 2nd part that attaches to your block. Plus I cant get the 2-3 bolts out of my exhaust header... I hurt my arm trying to twist a nut off. Can ANYONE help me here please? Thanks!

ya there should be another set of 3 bolts on our intake manifold. as for the exhaust header, i'd use a breaker bar and put lube (WD40) or oil, or something around the bolts, and be very easy with the bolts, but use a breaker bar with the ratchet and just twist it very very slow, to get it loose then once it loosens, the WD40 should get in there, and doens't hurt to spray more in there. last thing you want is a broken bolt stuck in the head.
