i believe cosworth does some stuff for them

-you can swap the 1.9/2.0 for 1.6 CVH from a RSturbo. subframe/axles/brakes/motor/trans/harness. nothing else is useable without tons of fabrication. if your car was a series1 escort 1984-1992(?)...you'd have some other options.
-station wagon? really, are you kidding? why would you even consider it.....sell it or keep it stock and enjoy decent mileage/reliability.

You could swap in a Zetec fairly easily. Or if you can dish money a RS2000 lump.
