and can i use normal Spark Plug Wires from vtec.
and is this the ballast resistor

The ballast resistor is needed for points-style ignitions. We don't have points-style ignition. Why that guy is using the resistor in your picture is beyond me (the coil output wire has me lol'ing).
"and can i use normal Spark Plug Wires from vtec." - I don't understand...nor do I understand why you posted that link to the MSD forums when that post is about the guy using an actual MSD distributor...which you're not, from what I've gathered so far.
Just stick with stock...it works, it's proven, it's reliable...even on 400whp+ turbo'd Civic's.

have install the blaster2 with self modification cap.
first run ok but when i drive fast lots off ignition error misfire more then before
maybe try with Ballast Resistor for test..
