Default HELP LS/V FEELS DEAD

Alright I Got A B18b1 Block With B16 Pistons 2000 B16 Head With Gsr Cams With A Ls Dizzy. I Brought The Car With This Setup. The Motor Does Not Run As Strong As It Should Feels More Like A Ls. I Have An Ajustable Fuel Regulator But It Doesn't Have The Guage On It. I Know Running A Stock P28 Doesn't Help But 2 Of My Ppl Drove It And Said If Feels Weak For A Ls/v. Vtec Pops But Who Knows How Much Power I'm Getting. I Went Tested The Car With A Chipped P28 Mugen Computer And It Wasn't A Big Difference Still Felt Like It Needed More!!

you need real engine management and tuning on the dyno. a chipped "mugen" ecu is not engine management.

update! I checked my timing took of the head got it milled and checked out. Vtec pops but it feels weak. My car still feels like its missing power. Full tune up and including changed my fuel filter. I brought a fuel pressure guage to see where my adjustable fuel regulator was at. For some reason it won't go pass 30psi.
