I have a theory I need to run by someone...I have b18c1(OBD1) in my 94 hatch with JUN chipped P28, I have 2 symptoms A) Low idle (400-550rpm) B) bad gas mileage, could these be because of that JUN chip running WAYYY to rich, and messing up my idle and fuel economy ?

Also, I have no check engine lights, except after I take it up too 7500-7900rpm in 3rd/4th the CEL comes on, I am going to pull the code this afternoon, I just did this swap and trying to work the kinks out......

P.S. I have a Stage 2 Hondata in my room, just need to get it socketed.....I am running Skunk2 stage 2 cams, and cam gears also with portflow valve train.

 

yah i tried that chip before and it is crap. seems like a crude turbo program, when compared to other chips such as skunk2/mugen

 

if my p28 is chipped and had one resistor soddered in, can I still have hondata socket it??
