help with ITB's!!!!!!!!!
I'm buildin an LS/VTEC and i wanna go individual throttle bodies, but my friend said that it does away with power brakes and that its really only for strictly race cars or cars that see a lot more track time then street, howver, my car is gonna be daily drivin for a lil while until i buy another car, but i dont care for creature comforts since i dont even have a sterio system in my car i just want a all out street drivin race car but i do want good brakin so if any one can help with this let me know.
It does not take away from the power brakes. You have a vaccum canaster. look around at ITB setups. You''ll see some in plain site. Thy have like 6-7 holes going into the vaccum canaster
itb's do pull a lot less vaccuum; not up to the point of your brake booster not working. brakes work fine.

I daily drove mine, and it made tons of vacuum. I made a cheapie vacuum manifold for it and an adapter plate for my IACV, no problems. Throttle response was amazing.

Yeah im getting about 330 mbar at idle also; as for the map sensor, you would want to use a very small vaccuum canister, just small enough to dampen pulses to make readings a little smoother.
try to make vaccuum lines as short as possible

reading is the same. its about volume; there is no need to overdue it..
put your finger over a 1/8 line and gas it; now put your hand over a throttle body and gas it, same vaccuum not same effect...( dis. dont do that or your hand might not like it..)

yeah i got that too on mine (IAC, brake booster, canister) go from a 2 1/4" pipe to a small 1/2" vacuum line .. maybe it's my butterfly that loose a little bit, my idle run very nice but maybe it loose there, i did my own butterfly so it's maybe not perfect at 100%
why wouldnt you? i run 91 oct with 12:1 compression. motor has been finished for about a month and ive driven it every day . going to tune thursday.
