HELP Intake mani question
k, so i got my motor swapped to a d16z6 like a few years ago...now that i bought another d16, i noticed my manifold looks diff...the map sensor IS on the TB on the new d16 i have and the MAP sensor on the one currently in my car has the map sensor near the firewall....
now the #s on the back say
map near firewall one says p08 hf-3
map on the TB one says p08 hf-1
also the thing on the end of the fuel rail is different, the one on the motor i got looks way bigger ? but it has the fuel line sheared off, and also the throttle cable guide is all bent up
now im assuming the shop left my old DX mani in the car when it was swapped....or the motor i have has the wrong manifold on it....either way my eg hatch was a dx , now i guess its a semi Si..lol..my question is this
do i use the hf-3 mani that is currently in the car?
or do i use the hf-1 manithat looks bigger, and it appears everything is the same minus the TB connections...and since the TB on the hf-3 is set up for my car already(ie how the map sensor is etc)....uh, do i just swap that TB onto the hf-1 mani on my newer d16?
holy **** i hope that this wasnt that confusing..here are sum pics..hope someone can help...
