Default HELP! Idle Problem, i guess!!

Peep this. I got a 94 civic. Alot of the time when i drive and i stop at a light my cars idle is off or something. When im sitting there the car sounds like its got asthma or something or its makes the sounds when you run (on feet) for a long distance then you stop. Can some1 help. I have a feeling its my TPS sensor defective or something close to that. Any ideas? Let me know.....

TPS would effect general drivability, not just idling. Check the idle adjustment screw (top middle of the TB). Adjust it while the car is warmed and running.

You can also give it a seafoam bath to see if it cleans an carbon deposits or sludge from the engine.
