Default Help-- Idle issue

Ok- I know there are lots of posts about idles but I have read them and I am still having some real issues...

Here is what i am having.. 94 accord Lx.. Manual I am not sure of the engine code. ( sorry) .. When I start the car it has a fluction in the idle that revs from about 1, 200 to 3,000 in a smooth pattern and then once the car had warmed up a bit it reverts back to the normal 700. Situation is not complete yet... It runs great till during normal driving until I hit gridlock. Once that happens the engine rpm's to 3000 and idles there till i geting moving at highway speeds agian and then only sometimes will it fall back to normal.. That is the situation and here is what i have tried...

I do have an AEM CAI and had to have my radiator replaced 'cause my other one cracked.. I don't know what kind they put in. It was a rush job since I needed it the same day..
I have replaced the Map sensor, and the IACV ( I believe that is what it is on the back of the throttle body and I took off and cleaned an additional sensor ( forget it's name) on the back of the intake manifold that has 2 12mm bolts and a black cylinder that projects to the right and a plug at the bottom.. When i cleaned this part it initially worked great no idle issues. but i drove into the DC area and in traffic it all came back again.. Please help.. I am not a cheap scape but i really hate giving the dealer 80.00 to plug in a obd and say oh you do not have a CEL so we can't help you.. I want to extinguish all avenues before I take it to the dealer..

Thanks again ..

Air bubbles in the FITV - that is, if your car has one... It's also alongside your throttle body somehow, & it has coolant hoses.

Cleaning the AICV doesn't always work. Sometimes the valve is just screwed up...

Disconnect from the harness, and pulse it to the battery - it should click.

cut two strips of wire, and touch them to the battery neg and pos. I can't remember off hand which one is negative, so check first in a service manual (i think the terminal closest to the clip is pos).
