Will pistons for a B16a3 fit on a B16a?

I'm looking at a set of JE pistons which the seller says will fit on a B16a3 or a B20. I will have to hone the block .20 over. Can someone tell me if they will fit a 1st gen B16a?

yeah, they will fit. only difference in the b16a and a3 is the year of production. all b-series motors have the same bore size, which is 81mm. so you'll be good to go.

ummmmm, the seller sayd it will fit a b20 and b16...not possible unless the b16 is sleeved to 84mm
b20=84mm and b16=81mm
but if it is 81mm then yes it will fit
