Help! I broke a header bolt...
With that much thread left you should be able to get a small pipe wrench on there which is what I would use... If not then you can drill a small hole in the end of the snapped stud, get an extractor, and screw it out... After that just buy a new stud or take one off a spare motor and you'll be set... Good Luck

I'm willing to bet it was the bolt closest to the intake tube, right? That one always breaks, as it did on my car. I just left it, no problems. I will have to remove my front bumper and radiator in order to drill out, since there is no room for a drill otherwise.
Interesting... mine broke off too. And yeah I just left it as is, no probs.

Blah! who needs header bolts anyway, just a stupid vacuum
I just assume get that **** out right away, even though there isnt a huge possibility of having cold air pass through...The last thing you want to do is burn a valve

Did you ever get it out? I just pulled the heat shield off of the exhaust manfold on my gsr swap I just got from IAS and noticed two nuts were missing, one bolt was snapped and there is some sort of sealant all over the gasket. I left Larry Jr a message but I doubt he will do anything about it.
