Default MAJOR Hesitation...WTF

Alright, i have an irratic idle, due to my Fast idle thermo valve. That doesnt seem to be my hesitation problem....
Now, i just replaced my sparkplugs. Now 3 days later, i have HELLISH hesitation, way worse than before. I took them out, and around the top of the plug, (not the electroide, just the base where the little C comes up off of) there is pure black. Is that how its appose to be? OR am i running to rich?
I have a AEM CAI, Exhaust, Skunk 2 Manifold and a VAFC(untouched) Would this cause me to run really rich, and foul out my plugs in 3 days!? I was blowing a 02 sensor code, but i fixed that tonight, still hesistates bad though...
Any ideas!?! Help, im so pissed< and i know its just somthing stupid

Also my VAFC says i have 0.1-0.2 Throttle, and when i let off the gas it like gargles, cuz its barely getting any air, and i KNOW the TB plate is closed, is this because of the FITV?

Reset your ECU, and what fuel pressure are you running at?

Drive around.......bad or unplugged O2 sensor will cause some major hesitation.

Most likely still have the O2 code stored in the ECU.

did you put bosch plugs in? i put bosch's in when i did my first tune up on my car and they sucked...they were platinum plugs, to be a little more specific. if that's the case, just go back to NGK or Denso's. either way, never use a platinum plug for a high-performance engine. they are for long life, that's all...

Yep, my engine started audibly missing when my O2 sensor was bad. Everyone once in a while during accelleration it would bog for no reason. I replaced the O2 and it was good to go! Rick

Well its still missing. Im thinking about just gettting new plugs again. But i dont want them to foul out. Is there any way im running to rich /lean and its causing my car to be slow? Does my fast idle thermo valve have anything to do with how fast my car is?
