Default help! engine is struck at 5000RPM (sorry, its a double post)

Aight, I just replaced my 2nd gen b16 that blew up in my 91 teg with a stock ls motor. when i finished putting it in, i cranked it and it started fine, but then my revs went to 5000RPM and would not go down. I had to turn it off becasue it was stuck there. I thought it was the throttle cable, wasent that, i thought it was a vacuum line put on worng, but i dont THINK it was that, any other suggestions. I still have the b16 ecu, would that matter? give me your opinions.

(Not to sound like an *** or sarcastic in any way)

For starters get an LS ECU to diagnose problem better dude, that should solve 1/2 of the mystery.

Other things to check IAC, connections, etc....
