Just getting into the Honda world after only working on Domestic cars. Bought a 1993 Prelude auto 2.2 with 120K miles for $1000. Installed cat-back exhaust, CAI, and some guages that are useless i.e. Narrowband Air/Fuel GARBAGE, but they were free so its all good. When in any forward gear, engine seems fine, drives out nice, no shaking at all. When i put car in reverse engine shakes very bad. Could someone just verify that they believe this would be a transmission mount issue? Or give me any other ideas? Im guessing that the mount is torn and cannot handle the reverse torque. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THE NEW GUY!!! thanks guys.
