Default HELP with an ECU problem. Thanks in advance!

I'm about to my wits end here and I could really use some technical expertise.

I am running H22 with a Chipped hondata S100 P28 with a boomslang OBD2>OBD1 harness in a 99 accord ex, swap was running perfectly for months.

Here is my problem:

CEL before start up, starting up cold is hard everytime as in turning over more than usual and stumbling. resetting the ECU does nothing, comes right back up.

Will not communicate CEL goes off no blinks, nothing... but jumper is working because abs still gives codes. Noticed that my IACV "hum" or Buzz" and yes it's clean.

I've done alot of reading and searching google and have learned alot, but no one ever finishes out threads with the fixes so im still kinda puzzled. I have a GSR so guess im going to pull the p72 plug it in and see if the problem still persists.

I have found a few threads on this but to no avail they are never finished hoping someone can help me out.

Thanks

No I haven't, and I wouldn't even begin knowing how to do that other than taking it back to the tune shop. Sorry I have only had stockish hondas so this is new to me and it sucks. And the tune shop hasn't replied to my emails or anwsered their phones since last wednesday.

That sounds like a solid check engine light. Either the ECU socketing has a problem, or there's a problem within the ROM file on the S100 chip..

Well from what i've read a solid CEL means the CEL will stay solid when the service connector is jumped? Mine goes blank and will intermittanely go off when i'm driving the car places and shut it off and start it up but its on 95% of the time.

If this is the case thanks for the input I pretty much got it nailed that the ecu is bad but i'm gonna try my p72 and see if it throws a code, If it doesn't i'm gonna cut the J1 jumper and see if that changes things on the p28 and narrow it down.

Why would it take a **** all of sudden?

Well figured out last night the ecu is fried.

Plugged my p72 in there and it started communicating instantly.

So now I'm gonna figure out if its the chip or the ecu and go from there. Dammit.

Anyone know why it would just fry like this? Only about 7k since it was all done...
