Default Help! ECU Problem

I just recently had my P75 ECU chipped and now I get a check engine light but no codes and I can not rev past 3K! A J1 jumper, 20pin IC chip and a 28 pin IC chip w/ socket was installed! A 10K ohm resistor was sent to me but couldnt be installed b/c there is no location for it! All intents face towards the ECU plugs and the soldering is in good condition, so I dont know what else it could be! Somebody help me out with this!

I dunno!

I have a P75 OBD-1 ECU! Chipping kit from Hyperducktuning

J1 jumper wire
20pin IC chip
28pin IC chip w/ socket(Skunk2 and PYR program)

I switched out chips and the same problem persists!

WTF could it be!

Could be any one of those parts or you could have done a bad job of soldering them in and messed something up... Track down the problem... If you need to use the ECU remove J1... That will run the stock program again...

I know its not the solder, just me I work in a Calibration LAB and one of the 2M(microminature repair) guys did it for me, and we already checked that by putting it under the microscope!
