Default Help with Crank Pulley

My friend has a 99 Accord with 100k. At idle we noticed a slight wobble in the crank pulley. Car runs fine with no odd noises.

Is this normal and what causes it??

Motor is a F23A1 or F23A2, can't remember which one, THANKS

take off the pulley and see what's the problem, you might have a sheared keyway, or it might not be tight enough
