It's called a tireman and if your doing low profile tires you need to make sure you have an extension that pushes the lip of the tire onto the rim or you'll **** up the tires. It's really easy to use.....Is it a snap-on??? I believe they have instructions on there site, under technical information. Not too sure though.

Basic idea is:

-Place rim on
-Lock rim down
-Clean lips/beads on tire/rim
-Press lower bead over rim, using appropriate tool
-Pop upper bead onto rim, using appropriate tool
-Wet beads w/ the soapy water stuff
-"Blast" air into it, and hope the beads seal
-Repeat until tire pops the bead onto wheel
-Unlock, pull off and blow up to pressure!?

I dunno, the mechanic at work used to do it all the time and I'd stand there smokin a butt watching him, never did it myself though.

If it's like the second machine pictured above, I would pay a tire shop to do it. We had one of those things at the shop where I used to work, and any tire under a 65 profile was extremely difficult to mount/dismount. Very likely you will damage your wheels and/or tires, too.. beads can get torn off very easily with one of those machines.
