Default Crank Pulley Wobble

I've got a question that's got me stumped. 1998 Acura Integra GSR, newly rebuilt in preparation for an imminent turbo setup. Everything seems to run fine except for that the crank pulley wobbles quite a bit...trying to figure out why:

The pulley is a brand new ATI Street series, using the old crank pulley bolt, washer, and woodruff key.

Any ideas or help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's imperative that it's corrected before running any more than idle. You have a bent crank or faulty pulley
