Default HELP!!! Crank and Camshaft alignment.....

Can someone please help me I have an 87 CRX 1.5 carbrated. I took the timing belt off to change water pump but as I took the crankshaft pulley off the crank shaft moved. Now I can't seam to find the right alinement. the only markings I have are one on the pulley (a yellow dot) and one on the timing cover right under the center timing cover bolt by the belt tensioner. I've got the camshaft at TDC aready but when I line the crank pulley to that mark, put the belt on, and hand test the pistons hit the valves....what am I doing wrong where should the crankshaft be a lined??? Someone please help me!!!!
