Default PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Can someone please help me I have an 87 CRX 1.5 carbrated. I took the timing belt off to change water pump but as I took the crankshaft pulley off the crank shaft moved. Now I can't seam to find the right alinement. the only markings I have are one on the pulley (a yellow dot) and one on the timing cover right under the center timing cover bolt by the belt tensioner. I've got the camshaft at TDC aready but when I line the crank pulley to that mark, put the belt on, and hand test the pistons hit the valves....what am I doing wrong where should the crankshaft be a lined??? Someone please help me!!!!
P.S.... I did find two markings on the pulley today one looks to be orange that is on the left the other is what looks to have been white at one time that one is about an inch from the other one on the right of it. Thank You for any help you can give me

Sounds like the white one is TDC, you want that one for camshaft timing. The other one to the left would be 16(?) deg. before TDC, you use that one for spark timing. Both of them are small notches cut into the edge of the pulley. I wouldn't call them a 'dot'...

The crank turns counterclockwise, so the orange one gets to the pointer first, but the white one that gets there 2nd is the one for camshaft timing.
