Default HELP COOLANT LEAK

i have a coolant leak from my coolant system obviously.. it's weird it only leaks a little bit.. it's not when the car is running all day long it's when it's cooling down. just a little bit collects on the fan shroud. Replaced the upper rad. hose and still leaks.. do you think it could be my LS header on my GSR???? i think the backpressure is too great and it's blowing out my radiator or something!!$@Q?? WTF should I DOOO?

my car is a 1995 integra gsr white 2dr 5spd just so you know.. i don't want any confusion

oh yea I have a jdm HID front end.. would that make a difference?

Backpressure in the exhaust should have nothing to do with a coolant leak. Too-high pressure in the cooling system would be the radiator cap's fault.

My guess from here, is your radiator upper tank is leaking. Maybe you'll have to pressurize it cold in order to find the leak. If you suspect high pressure it wouldn't hurt to get a new cap.

There's only one reservoir. What I'm talking about is part of the radiator. The plastic top which includes the big hose nipple & the neck for the radiator cap. Sometimes the plastic cracks, sometimes it begins separating from the metal radiator core. If that's where it's leaking, there isn't much to do except buy a new radiator.

on the top part of the radiator do u see green residue. cuz if so the raditaor is going bye bye. a way to be sure is clean off an coolant thats in the area of where its leaking , that way u can get a better look for the leak.

You might want to keep an eye on the upper tank of the radiator anyway. Just to make sure it's still OK...
