help with code 70: automatic transmission control

help with code 70: automatic transmission control
i don't have a helm's manual for the 96-98 civics so, i don't even know where to start with this one. i would really appreciate some help.
i was busy with midterms and finals so, i had my dad's friend switch out my girlfriend's transmission for her since she cracked the transmission housing. ever since we got the car back, it has thrown this code.

good question. i noticed that it was flashing but, just didn't pay attention to it because i didn't think the flashes from the D4 served any purpose. are the codes for the D4 flashes the same as the ECU codes?

are the codes for the civic's auto transmission the same as the codes for an integra auto transmission, because i only have a helm's manual for a 94 integra.
