Default HELP! 92 integra auto tranny diagnostic problem

I have a 92 (obd1) automatic teg that i bought with a tossed rod. after putting in the new motor, it runs great but it has the S3 shifter light blinking and it wont up shift unless you rev it higher than normal. I was told by a couple guys that the ecu is bad and causing it to do this. is this true? or does this car have a seperate tranny control unit? when i first did the swap, I had a cel 41 which told me the o2 had a problem, so i checked it out and sure enough, the heater was open in the o2 sensor, so i changed it and now that's all good ( i know, that was a totally unrelated problem lol), but how do I access the tranny diagnostic codes????? there are 2 other plugs right by the ecu diagnostic plug. is one of them for the tranny???

also, I've checked and rechecked to be sure everything is pluged in right at the tranny, and there's only one vac line ( goes to what looks like a modulator valve on top of the tranny) which does have mani vac on it. the tranny also has the right amount of fluid in it too.

anyways, someone please help me with this. I need to get this thing fixed and sold so I can pay my mortgage ASAP !!! /:

Yes, according to my Haynes manual, it has a "Transmission Control Module". 94
