I have a truck that i drove through a puddle of water......mabe a foot deep...and when i got out of the puddle the truck started hesitating........does anyone know why this might have happened?????

 

2 things.. Don't make your topic help?????, that itself probably deterred alot of people from actually reading it..

Also give us more info about your truck(year, make, model)..

You might have gotten water into the air box and soaked the filter.. Or you might have gotten water up to the distributor(if its not direct fire) and some got inside causing a mis-fire..
