Default Heated O2 sensor ohms?

I have a 01 Type R and have the secondary O2 sensor bypassed. The sensors main signal is bypassed, but the heater signal is giving me a CEL. I was wondering if someone can tell me what the proper resister would be to put in line of the two heater wires to get rid of the CEL? I tried using a 20 ohm 10 watt resister and it still gives a CEL.
