Just recently (past 2-3 days), my civic has been acting kinda strange. WHen it idles, it vibrates real bad insode the car, but doesnt sound like its missing or anything. It tach's up smoothly, and as soon as you let off the gas, it gets real bumpy. Could it be the balancer going bad? Any ideas?

new plugs, wires, cap, rotor as of last week.

 

turns out it was bell housing bolts. the lower ones rattles loose as i didnt put loc-tite on them when i installed it... oops.
