Hey im throwing P0131 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage....it comes on sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.What causes this?Could it be a defective o2 sensor? And would this cel cause my car to go into limp mode?I heard that o2 cels dont put the car in limp mode. Thanks in advance.
