I don't have the exact specs for whatever you're particular engine is, but I'd expect it to be between 0.002" and 0.003" max allowable warpage over the whole face. So, I'd think you're in the marginal area.
If you're measurement is finding a localised low spot as opposed to an overall warping then I'd say no way.
I've refitted at least one head that was within max allowable spec, only to have it leak straight away. Had it machined and no problem...

my dad works at car quest in chicago and I live in new orleans so he asked there motor guy and that is what he said. he also said to bring the head in and he would do it for free. Damn it I live in N.O.
guess I will be paying for the head to get resurfaced.....
