I have a 2000 civic ex, which previously had HID's on it.. The passenger side went out and wasnt working so I thought the ballast was broken, anyways im getting tired of HID's so I just go and buy regular silverstars to put in.. But the passenger side still wont work!
The drivers side works fine, the passenger side looks like it would work fine but the light will not go on. I checked a 30 amp fuse in the box and it was good.

If anyways has anything I can check, or knows what oculd be wrong, please help me out!

Time to bust out the multimeter. Start tracing the wire back and see where the power stops. Sadly no short cuts (assuming you already double checked all the wiring for bad connections.
