header question
Well basically (from what i heard and personal experience) the difference between 4-2-1 exhaust manifolds and 4-1 are that 4-2-1 provide power throughout the whole powerband while 4-1 are best felt close to redline. Personally i have a 4-2-1 and i am very pleased with it.
Personally i would get rid of it. I have a DC 4-1 and I dont care for it. With a red line of 8k you will want a header that will give you the most power up top. Remember most things CARB legal that you get for your car wont give you much power.
P.S. Don't buy into the thoughts that 4-1= top end and 4-2-1= low end, their is so much more to it than that such as stepped headers and anti reversion chambers. Try reading up on it, you will learn some cool ish.
