My advice, as this happened once to us, buy a new block!

If you have time and patience, and want to TRY to see if it can be fixed.

HelaCoil(sp?) kits!

You will need to drill out old threads, clean hole, and insert new threads.
Not sure if new threads can hold that much strength however.

Thats why I say buy a new block.
And use ARP studs as soon as it goes back together.

Damn dude how did they strip?!

It won't work it you tighten the other bolts down real tight. You will have oil and coolant spilling out and burning all underneath the hood. If you are not going to replace the head, you need to call machine shop that focus's primarily on race cars or cars. They will have experience with this and tell you what your options are, if any other than new block.
