Default Having Problems with Exedy Clutch Engaging....HELP!

Just wanted to see anyone has the problems I'm having. I just installed the Exedy cerametallic thick on my gsr swap...and having a hard time getting it into gears...can't get in any gear...just 2nd gear barely. I bled the clutch..new fluid...that didn't work. I took out the the clutch and reinstall it again..thinking I did something wrong the first time. Same thing...clutch won't engage at all. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks.

if the clutch is in backwards, you shouldnt be able to get it into any gear while running, but when its off you should be able to cycle through them

I double checked...it's not in backward...plus... I don't think you can put in backward without the clutch touching the flywheel bolts...the fat side of the clutch facing the pressure plate....
