Default Having injector issues!!

Ok

I went to start up my fresh built ls/vtec today. I get 2 main relay clicks, fuel pump prime, rail pressure but the injectors wont fire. I deleted my resistor box and made my obd1 conversion harness running a chipped p72.

Now i have check for voltage and ground at the 8 pin clip i used to delete the resistor box and have 12v at the plug. I have ground at the injector plugs, but have low voltage on the injector plugs. I am supposed to have 12v at the injector plugs correct? i show .063v,0.01v and it wont even register on the 00.0 setting. Can someone please lead me in the right direction.. I have also checked my injector wiring on my conversion harness and am reading the same voltage..

Anyone had this problem? PLEASE HELP!!

Crx, my own obd0-1 conversion harness (checked and verified pinout) supra 315cc injectors and deleted resistor box

OK
after information i dug up about my injectors being saturated and not peak and hold. I decided to verify the information my self. I have 14.3 ohms resistance which indeed make them saturated. so having the box deleted is not my problem. I have also double checked my conversion harness pinout. I do not think the problems lies there either. Open to suggestions!!
