Has this ever happened before?
I bought my 91'Teg Rs and drove it for 7,000 miles. Almost perfectly to rolling over to 180,000 the timing belt broke bending 10 valves. It had to sit for about a month with no battery completely lifeless. After the head was machined, ported, and valves re-inserted it went back on the car along with match-ported intake manifold but everything else exactly the same. Perfect headjob meaning not a drop of leakage anywhere. As soon as we get it to fire off the CEL came on and the S3 light started blinking. The trouble code causing the CEL is 13. 13 is baro/atmospheric pressure which is built into the ecu in the 90-91's i believe. Also the S3 light blinks endlessly. Has it ever happened that a timing belt and everything else my car went through fried the ecu and auto tranny computer??
I can only assume after checking, rechecking, and rechecking everything we did that showhow someway we killed the ecu and tranny computer. Im open to any and all suggestions as to what else could cause this.
Any other theorys everybody? Anything.....please...im at wits end trying to troubleshoot this problem.

ps. it has the b18a1.

You might want to take it to honda. Or go to honda and explain the problem. I have a friend who is a ASE tech at honda, I will ask him what the problem might be.
