Default Haltech E6k stand alone fuel management

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about the Haltech E6k stand alone feul management system. I was thinking about getting it for my 98' Type R, I have a turbo, so I was wondering if it was worth getting for around $500-600 with a lap top.

"Sucks. Get the AEM, its worth it's price." That's from my friend/professional dyno tuner. He has experience with everything. Learned on the Haltek, but he tunes FAST, VAFC, Hondata, Motec, all that stuff that I'm forgetting.

Thanks for the advice, I don't think I'm going to get it anyway. I'm probably going to stick AEM or Hondata, but I definitely need something to help tune my car now that it's turboed.

I have the e6k on my 400whp ITR for more than 2 years now and I have no probs with it. Tuning is very simple and my car was a daily driver with Haltech, now it is a weeksend driver only and I do some racing. Idle with 720cc injectors is super fine
