Default h23 block with h22 crank?

Im wondering if anyone has heard of this since the h22 crank is stronger than the h23 crank. Would I have to use the h22 rods with h23 pistons? What kind of setup would be needed for the h23 block and h22 crank to work properly? Any help would be great. Only post if you know your info is 100% accurate please.

I don't know this for a fact, but I don't think the H22 crank is 'stonger' than a H23 crank. Reason I say this is because of the rare JDM DOHC VTEC H23 engine. Its found in the 96+ JDM Accord Wagons. They added this .1 liter because of the obviously heavier chassis design (more torque).

Thing is, I'm not sure if the H23 VTEC crank has any special treatmen in comparison to a non-vtec H23 crank. I have a feeling they're both the same cranks.
