Default h22 problem

i got a 1995 prelude vtec, 70k miles
when im at 5400 rpm the vtec stops and my engine starts to buck (like theres not enough fuel)
so i changed the spark plugs and the fuel filter cause they were never changed, but the problem is still there
what can the problem be?
thanks

Check the distributor cap, rotor, plugs, and wires.....could be something arcing and confusing the ecu. Might be a problem with the solenoid or pressure switch.
