searched.... found stuff for ARP and B-series, but nothing for stock h22's

waiting on my helms but need to put the motor together tomorrow.

can anyone give me the proper torque and sequence? i've never done this before.

did some more looking around. can anyone verify this?

Torque specs for the head are in 3 steps:
1st 29ftlbs
2nd 56ftlbs
3rd 74ftlbs
from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern

Cam journal specs are 20ftlbs (12mm bolt heads) and 9ftlbs (10mm bolt heads) from the center out, in a criss-cross pattern.

flywheel to crank 76 ftlbs (pattern is 1,3,8,6,2,4,7,5,1 clockwise)
pressure plate 19ftlb
