H22 blowing flames
Got a 94 prelude with a H22, just put a Skunk 2 intake manifold, throttle body and a fuel rail on it. Idles choppy and has no throttle response sounds like it misses till about 3000 rpm and then all is well. But it blows flames out the exhaust and whem i shut it off i look in the muffler and its glowin red!!! Why would a new intake and throttle body cause it to run RICH like this... ive put 3 sets of plugs in it and when i look at them they are soaked in gas!!! please help
check tps voltage, new TB do not come with tps you most likely did not set it right to specs, or maybe you crossed the TPS and Map sensor plugs, or check map sensor vacuum port to make sure is cleared of any shavings.
tps plug and map sensor switched it prob wouldnt start but it happens often...and was the tps on the new tb removed??? it should have the stock bolts that "cant be removed" nothing a saw and flat head cant handle lol

Im down with the TPS as well. I thought that was the problem I was having with my swap, but turned out to be a really shi@y Ebay chip and no cat. Damn car threw flames everytime I shifted over 7K. It was cool to see at night, to bad the cops didn't see it that way.

I vote for ignition misfire or the MAP sensor isn't seeing proper manifold pressure.
Check the orientation of the plug wires and that the MAP sensor has a manifold vacuum source.

well i have a EGR code and a O2 sensor code. It has a hole in the exhaust more towards the rear section of the car so its really loud. But i was checking over things today and It has a leak where the 4 to 2 come together could that cause the O2 sensor the think there is fresh air in there and giving it lots of fuel to compensate????
Yes. Any upstream leaks can affect o2 sensor readings.
A stuck or partially open EGR can also cause a rough idle. Check to see which EGR code its throwing and address the problem.

well the tps was not clocked correct and i had a exhaust leak before the o2 sensor fixed them both drove great!!! then i let it idle for like and hour it ran out of gas and now fried the fuel pump!!
