GSR problem....PLEASE HELP!!
I've got a fresh GSR motor with a custom turbo kit, JE pistons, Zex plugs, and a vortec FMU. I'm currently running 6psi, until I can afford to upgrade my fuel system....so I don't think I'm asking too much from my setup. My problem is that I keep blowing the brass "T" fitting on my oil return line. It keeps cracking/breaking right near my motor underneath my intake manifold. I have no idea what could be causing the problem....but its VERY frustrating!
Anybody got any ideas?!? Help!

Oil FEED not return. The hole on the block is BSP. The fitting your using is NPT. The difference is 1 thread per inch. Its close enough but the taper for BSP is smaller than NPT. So small that it only allows about 2.5 thread to engage before its tight. That will break.
Here's how to fix it. When your changing your broke *** ****. Get a 1/8 NPT tap and coat it with grease. Run it all the way down the hole with one try. Remove the tap, be SURE to remove any and all metal shavings left behind. The grease will get most or all of it if you're good. If not I use a pocket screw driver covered with grease and pick it all up. Then put you tee in the block and run it all the way down. I do this everytime and have NEVER had a problem.

Z10 engineering sells a fitting that is BSP to NPT. Its a stainless steel fitting. you should be fine if you use one, but I have no experience with them and cant say for sure. It could be more weight plus leverage. I dont know. I know my way works and is free if you have a tap.
