Default gsr internals!

i blew my ls block recently and i just picked up a gsr block today what parts can i use from a LS on my new gsr block?

&& im not too sure either of the parts i would need to rebuild a block i know i would need the pistons rods rod bearings crankshaft what else am i missing?

ok that doesnt help me at all im looking to see what ls internals can i put in my gsr im not building a ls vtec thats how my block went in the first place im not going back trust me.

you can use all ls internals, you might have to bend the oil squirters a little, but thats it. or plug them

depending on what pistons you will be using, you could meke more power than a stock gsr - you are essentially making a stroker motor

yep thats a stroker motor, you need to read and search on here about the compression ratio your looking for. I can't get into detail about it, but putting that crank in there adds more stroke, that motor would be a beast with that crank if you do it up right.

other than that, if your not looking to do anything crazy and just use stock parts you really can't use anything, cept maybe the water pump and you would need to get an ls timing belt. i would leave it alone unless someone who really knows hondas puts the ls crank in there.
