hey guys, i know theres a difference betweent he 99-01 GSR harnesses and the 96-98. problem is i dont know the exact differences. i need some info. would it be easiest to get the 96-98 or can i repin some of the shock tower pinouts on the 00. its not my car, its a local kid. i used the 98 harness on my 92 hatch.

 

I'd try to exchange or return it were I you. The OBDIIb uses 1 connector that the OBDIIa does not and vice-versa, making this rather more complex than it would otherwise be. I doubt I explained that well, so if you'd like a visial, pop over to hondatas site there's a pic of them side by side.
