OK, i have a 20 year old car, with a fresh heart, so the chassis is a bit loose ATM.

one major concern/annoyance is the steering wheel play. even whilst driving, hte s.wheel has about 1 inch of total play ie left to right.

has anyone rebuilt their own power-steering rack? was it hard, what special tools are needed? how long did it take?

i can get the rebuild kit from Honda for US$70...
