Is a GSR differential same as B16 differential?

Quaife lists one diff for the GSR and ITR and a different one for B16 Si and Ls Integra. I don't know what the difference is between them.
There is a difference is size of the diff. The b16 has a smaller diff than a b18 which also means its weaker. I have seen b16's diff break numerous times at the track. But I have heard u can swap diff's? Not positve on that though.
the b16/b18a/b have a smaller differential than the b18c's.if you use a itr/gsr diff. you have to use gsr/itr final drive or vise versa.
Also b16, b18a/b and newer itr's have ball bearings.Gsr and older itr's have roller bearings
