Default GSR crank& rods?

hello there guys i was reading a post ( https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=147721 ) and a user say this "quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
b16b is weak... its like a b16a with a higher rev limit! my friend with an eg had one, he hated it. sold it and put together a b20/vtec
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"all you need is a gsr/itr crank and rods and you have dope motor. Basically an ITR motor with higher compression".
what motor do you put the GSR rods in and also what all is involved in the build and if there are any posts that this was covered before please post them thanks for your time

first you gotta work out what parts you need and then you need to get them from somewhere and put them in.

the upside will be a different possibly better engine. the downside will be cost/reliability/time/effort/cost.

t..

sorry i cannot provide further illumination
