if you're going NA, i wouldnt recommend it. i have a B16A and i just installed GSR cams in it a month ago. i saw ZERO gains. the only reason i installed them is because i heard they are good for boost, which i am doing in the near future.

not to much of a gain, great if you plan on running boost because w/o cam gear gsr cams are ther #1 honda cam for boost....if you were going to spend the money it be better spent heading to some jdm itr's or a mix and match of a jdm and ctr cams one intake the other exhuast...i forget the mix...or even better step up to some skunk2 stg 1's w/ an upgraded valvetrain.

If you're doing a cam swap period I wouldn't even waste the time/money just for gsr cams. Do ITR/CTR minimum or skunk2 stage I.

If you want to go with honda cams get the CTR Intake cam and the ITR Exhaust cam.

Funny how half the people here are suggesting ITR/CTR cams, when the 8 second drag cars you see are using GSR cams.
