Default ground control questions

if someone can answer these questions for me, that would be great. i have a set of ground controls for my 2000 civic, and i was just wondering how you guys with this coilovers know how much you adjusted the height by? is there a specific way of indicating it? what's the height reduction at that lowest position of the perch? highest (i'm not gonna set it there, just wondering)? thanks in advance.

well this might sound weird but with my s2's i just set it at the bottom and counted how many complete turns i made with it and set the other side at the same...it was just a guessing game for me till i got them exactly how i wanted it...as for how high and how low they will be at max and min settings idk
