Default Grinding Noise while Driving..

Argh well we just got done putting a stock suspension on my 95 Civic Coupe, anyways went for a drive. Turn down the radio to listen for any noises, all I hear is this grinding noise sort of little while I was just keep the car in nuetral and letting it coast, it was pretty small. Any ideas what it could be?

Then after awhile i try to take it out again, but this time the noise is pretty bad so i call it a day. I thought it could be the steelies smacking against the brake caliper, but i jacked the car up and spun the tires and didnt near any contact (suspected side, try other one sometime..)

Or maybe on the passenger side we lost the bolt to the brakeline, i doubt it but could it be this?

thanks again - honda- tech TECH rulez!!
